Meet Squirley! Squirely has come a long way! After spending eight months in animal control in Hawaii, and spent time in a foster home in HI, where he continued to build confidence and discover how wonderful life can be. He has finally made his journey stateside and is ready to find the forever home he's been waiting for. This sweet, affectionate boy loves cuddles and enjoys the company of other dogs. He's made great strides with his social skills and has enjoyed sharing his space, meals, and toys with his foster dog friends. Like many young pups, he can get a little overexcited at times, but he's learning to mind his manners. Squirely can still be sensitive to loud noises and sudden movements, and new or unfamiliar things may make him a little unsure. As such, he would do best in a home without small children. With patience, consistency, and reassurance, he's continuing to blossom into a more confident companion. Now that he's made it all the way from Hawaii to a fresh start stateside, all Squirely needs is a loving home willing to let him settle in at his own pace. He's ready for his next adventure and a family to call his own!
