Meet Hank! 🐾 Hank is a 5-month-old BoxerxLab mix with a whole lot of sweetness and a tender little heart! This handsome boy can be nervous when faced with unfamiliar people, places, and experiences, so he'll need a patient adopter who understands that confidence takes time to build. While the world outside can feel a little overwhelming at first, Hank has been described as much more outgoing and comfortable in the home environment, where he has the opportunity to settle in and feel safe. Hank will benefit from a family willing to take things at his pace, introduce him to new experiences gradually, and use plenty of positive reinforcement to help him discover that the world isn't such a scary place after all. He has so much potential to blossom with the right support, and watching him grow into a more confident young dog will be incredibly rewarding! When meeting other dogs, Hank can be a little unsure, too. He would likely appreciate a calmer, lower-energy canine companion who can help him feel comfortable and build confidence without overwhelming him. As with any dog, slow, thoughtful introductions will be important. Hank is looking for someone who sees the sweet, sensitive puppy underneath those initial nerves and is willing to give him the time, patience, and encouragement he needs to thrive. If you're ready to help a special young pup find his confidence and become the best version of himself, Hank would love to meet you!
