About Tyson
Tyson is a confident, athletic Boxer mix about a year and a half old, currently finishing up his stay in Mississippi before heading up to New England—travel’s included in his adoption. His sleek black and cream short coat matches his bold personality. Tyson is social and thrives in the spotlight, charming both people and other dogs wherever he goes. He’s well-versed in crate and leash use, and although he doesn’t know commands yet, he’s eager to learn new things if you’re patient with him. This boy comes house trained as long as he gets outside regularly. While he’s lived with cats, he’ll chase if they run, so cat-savvy homes are best. He hasn’t lived with children, but he’s open to giving them a try. Tyson’s built for an active household; he’d fit right in with runners or energetic families looking for a loyal companion. Up to date on vaccinations and neutered, he’s ready for a fresh start after a rough beginning. Tyson’s foster is happy to chat with potential adopters to help you get to know him before he travels north. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
