Adoption Fee: $500 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Pup Tramp! This adorable fella made his way to us from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama, where adoptions are few and far between. Thankfully, Tramp got his second chance, and now he's hoping to find a family to call his very own! Tramp appears to be a handsome Black and Tan Coonhound/Shepherd mix with a sweet personality that's sure to steal your heart. He's a little shy at first, but there's a wonderful boy just waiting to blossom with a little love, patience, and encouragement. He is excellent with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to help show him the ropes! Tramp is at the perfect age for training and socialization, making this a wonderful time to help him build confidence, learn new things, and become the best companion he can be. He's already neutered and ready to start his next chapter! This deserving boy has spent enough time waiting for someone to choose him. Could you be the one to change his life forever? Apply today and give sweet Tramp the happily ever after he deserves! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
