Dog's Name: Pup Patches (PAT1026ALAFD) Estimated Breed: Hound mix Approximate Age: 5 months Approximate Weight: 22 lbs Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $500 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Hi, I'm Pup Patches and I'm a gentle and sweet-natured Hound mix who is ready to leave my difficult past behind and begin a beautiful new chapter! I haven't had the easiest start in life and I was a bit underweight when I was rescued, but with plenty of love, nutritious meals, and a little TLC, I'll be on my way to becoming the happy, healthy pup I'm meant to be. I have a gentle nature and I get along great with other dogs, so I'd love to find a home where I could have a doggy buddy to show me the ropes. I'm at a wonderful age for training, socialization, and learning all those important things that will help me become a great companion. With patience, positive reinforcement, and a family willing to guide me, I'll have everything I need to blossom. I can't wait to bring plenty of puppy fun, unconditional love, and happiness into your life. Could my forever home be with you? Apply today and come meet me! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
