MEET MOCHI! New Port Richey, FL Mochi is a 15-week-old, 15-pound Aussie/Lab mix with a sweet personality, an independent streak, and plenty of puppy charm! She loves being part of the action and has no problem keeping up with the big dogs in her foster home. Mochi is almost fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has started monthly Simparica Trio. She will be adopted under a spay/neuter contract, to be completed when deemed age appropriate by ASF and your veterinarian. This smart girl has mastered crate training and is making great progress with potty training. She is very food motivated, eager to learn, and already knows sit and paw! Her favorite things include running and playing with her canine friends, chewing on her favorite chews, squeaky toys, and crunchy ice cubes! She loves attention but is also confident and independent enough to entertain herself. Mochi currently lives with three dogs, six cats, and a bunny! She does well with cats and small animals, although she may give chase because she thinks everyone should be a playmate. She has shown no aggression toward them. She rides well in the car and is learning about collars and leashes. She's not completely convinced about collars yet, but patience and practice will get her there! Mochi has not been tested with children. Older, dog-savvy children may be a good fit, while younger children could be knocked over by enthusiastic puppy play.
