Chip arrived at MACC as an owner surrender. Chip's previous owner describes him as social and affectionate. His previous owner states that he will snap at strangers. While in care, Chip has been observed to escalate to lunge, snap, and bite the leash while handlers attempt to leash him. Due to the detailed behavior, we recommend an experienced adult-only home.
