When animal control arrived, she approached them with an almost trusting demeanor, as if she knew help had arrived. After spending weeks at Waller County Animal Control, she was welcomed by Belle's Buds Rescue, thanks to a dedicated foster named Lisa. Butterscotch is incredibly affectionate and loving. She is wonderful with other dogs and has already demonstrated that she knows basic commands like SIT and SHAKE. While her cat compatibility is still being assessed, her gentle nature shines through, having formed a sweet bond with Lisa’s 90-year-old father. Currently located in Brookshire, TX, she is looking for a committed foster home where she can feel safe and loved until she finds her forever family. Although she is available for adoption, her most pressing need is a foster caregiver who can provide her with the time and affection she deserves.
