About Rocky Loves To
Meet Rocky. He’s a young, outgoing Terrier/Shepherd mix who started life with a stray mom in rural Texas, but now he’s ready for something better. Rocky brings a lot of personality: he’s playful and energetic, happiest when he can chase after a ball or trot alongside his foster on outdoor walks. If there’s a golf cart or mule ride happening, Rocky wants in—and a trip to Tractor Supply is a special treat, thanks to the clerk who slips him goodies. Rocky loves being close to his person. Attention and affection mean more to him than snacks, and after a bout of play, he’s all about cuddles. His foster notes he’d be happiest as the only dog in the house, with a fenced yard where he can really stretch his legs. Rocky has a short tan coat, white markings on his chest and paws, a splash of black on his nose and ears, plus big floppy ears and a dark tail that make him stand out. He’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and looking for a permanent spot in someone’s life. Fostered in East Texas and ready for his new chapter! Ready to fall in love?
