About Nemo

Nemo is a bright and affectionate young German Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home. He’s nearing graduation from an intensive six-week board and train program where he’s made remarkable progress, mastering obedience and building his confidence. Although Nemo thrives in the company of his people, he struggles in traditional boarding settings and needs a stable, loving environment. He works best with children aged 15 and older, who can respect his boundaries. While Nemo gets along with other dogs and has a particular fondness for black, fluffy ones, he does not do well with small animals. An active household that enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and running would suit him perfectly, as he’s energetic and eager to explore. It’s important to supervise him outdoors, as he is adept at climbing fences. Nemo has some quirks that make him unique, and he’s ready to connect with someone patient who appreciates his big personality and heart. He will also come with lifetime training support, ensuring a smooth transition into his new home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who could truly benefit from a nurturing environment, Nemo could be the one for you. Whether you’re ready to adopt or would like to foster, Nemo deserves to find his happy ending. Now is the time to help him discover what it’s like to have a home.
