About Mojo
Meet Mojo! This sweet and silly 2-year-old German Shepherd mix was rescued from an overcrowded Houston shelter and has transformed into a loving, affectionate boy. Heโs neutered, vaccinated, fully potty trained, and crate trained. Mojo loves his people and has a special way of showing itโhis favorite move is flopping onto your feet for belly rubs, a signature trick we call his "timber." Mojo balances both independence and affection. He enjoys quiet weekends by your side but is always ready for a walk or adventure. He rides well in the car and maintains his composure around other dogs; he could thrive with a playful companion or as your one-and-only. Still honing his doggy manners, Mojo has learned that playtime is fun, though he can get a bit too enthusiastic with toys. Heโs not aggressive, just a little socially awkward sometimes. With continued training and patience, he will become a fantastic playmate. This curious boy does need some supervision; he tends to explore his surroundings when left alone and can be a bit of a troublemaker, so he should be crated when unsupervised. He's been friendly with older kids, making him a great fit for families with dog-savvy children aged 10 and up. Mojo is expressive, with adorable little groans and dramatic sighs that show his personality. He is incredibly sweet, loyal, and affectionate, maintaining a nice balance of seeking attention and entertaining himself. With some patience and ongoing training, this goofy guy is destined to become a beloved companion. Mojo is currently fostered in Mooresville, NC but can be transported to an approved adopter.
