Aveeno is a large, male Australian Shepherd mix with a stunning tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. He is an adult, fully vaccinated, and will be neutered prior to adoption. Aveeno is house trained and has a long coat that is currently recovering. He is in Sparta, WI, ready for a loving home.

About Aveeno

Meet Aveeno! This adorable boy is an approximately 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, currently recovering from neglect. He was found as a stray, missing most of his coat and suffering from skin infections. Thankfully, he’s now on the mend, and we can't wait to see his beautiful coat grow back. Aveeno's journey to recovery requires some patience from his new family. He’ll need regular medication and medicated baths, which he has already been receiving here. Despite his rough start, Aveeno is incredibly sweet and loves everyone he meets, especially if you have treats. He knows some basic commands and is eager to learn more. While he may need a bit of help with leash manners, he's great in the car and takes treats gently. He's been doing well in his kennel, but we recommend a refresher in potty training as he adjusts to new routines. Aveeno is likable with other pets and children, given proper introductions and supervision. With a moderate energy level, he would be an excellent companion for adventures! Aveeno deserves a caring family who can provide the love and attention he needs to thrive. If you think you can be that family, don’t hesitate to apply!
