About Franny
Meet Franny! She's a 2-year-old female Australian Shepherd mix looking for her forever home. After enduring a tough start in life, Franny was rescued from a neglect investigation where she faced substandard conditions. As a result, she is still learning about the world outside of her kennel. Everyday experiences like walks, car rides, and meeting new people are new to her, so her future adopters will need to be patient as she discovers all the joys of life. Currently, Franny is in a wonderful rehabilitation program at Fun Fur Pets in La Crosse. Here, she’s getting the enrichment and training she needs to thrive. She's friendly and happy around people, and should get along with other dogs if properly introduced. A household with children over 10 may be best, depending on the adult owners’ experience. Franny might excel as a working farm dog or simply as a beloved pet, depending on her family's willingness to invest in training. Although she hasn't interacted with farm animals yet, her zest for life is infectious, and we're confident she'll blossom with the right guidance. If you're ready to consider a loving and spirited companion, Franny might just be the perfect fit for you!
