About Pig Pen

Pig Pen is thriving at Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas. With a head like a cinderblock and a grin that could light up the room, he made a memorable entrance into our program by jumping right into a rescue truck, eager to escape the streets. This loving dog, weighing about 60 pounds, is a big ball of affection and believes heโ€™s a lapdog, regardless of his size. He has a bit of healing to do from previous wounds to his ears and is on a mission to gain a few more pounds. Despite this, he keeps a spotless kennel and is likely house trained. Pig Pen has shown potential to get along with other dogs, though he hasnโ€™t been tested with resident pets yet. We can arrange a cat test for interested adopters as well. This strong boy will need someone to help him with leash manners and keep him engaged, both physically and mentally. With his charming personality, Pig Pen is sure to add joy to any household.
