About Eleanor

Meet Eleanor! At just 1.5 years old and weighing 42 lbs, Eleanor is an affectionate companion who's spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. She originally found herself back at a municipal shelter after being adopted as a puppy. The noise and chaos overwhelmed her, leaving her terrified and clinging to the floor. Luckily, we rescued her from the Gwinnett County euthanasia list, and she has transformed since then. In her wonderful foster home, Eleanor has learned to relax and gain confidence at her own pace. Initially, she stayed close to her safe spots, but thanks to the love and patience from her fosters, she now seeks out affection and head scratches. The best part? Eleanor absolutely adores small dogs and cats! If you have a quiet home and plenty of understanding, adopting Eleanor will prove to be an incredibly rewarding experience. She gets along with dogs and children too. Don't hesitate to consider this resilient girl for your family!
