About Rocko
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Rocko's story is one of resilience and hope. Abandoned and left alone in a house for a week, you could see the fear and confusion in his eyes when he was first rescued. Once terrified of kennels—likely because they were used as punishment in his past—Rocko has now learned that a kennel can be a place of safety and comfort, thanks to patient care and lots of love. His journey hasn't been easy, but he's made tremendous progress and is now ready to find a family who will never let him feel abandoned again. Rocko is a calm companion who delights in yard zoomies, is generous with kisses and snuggles, and enjoys relaxing by your side. While he gets along well with other dogs, and is as sweet as can be, an ideal home for Rocko has a fenced yard and either older or no children to ensure a gentle, understanding environment. If you have room in your heart and home for this adorable hound, Rocko could be the perfect addition to your family. Give this deserving boy the love and stability he's been waiting for. Your new best friend is just one click away.
