About Puzzle

Meet Puzzle. He’s a gorgeous 2 to 3-year-old French Bulldog, weighing in at 23 lbs. Puzzle came into rescue as an underweight stray, and while his past is a mystery, each day reveals more of his sweet personality. Puzzle strikes a lovely balance between playtime and relaxation. He loves head and neck scratches, and he just wants to be loved. House-trained and crate-trained, he sleeps soundly through the night. Puzzle walks well on a leash and knows what it means when it’s time for an adventure. He adores car rides and is a fantastic passenger. This affectionate boy is dog-friendly, especially after slow, proper introductions. He takes his time warming up to new people, including children, but once he feels secure, his sweet personality shines. Puzzle enjoys playing with toys but can be a bit possessive. Supervised playtime and feeding him separately from other dogs are essential. Occasionally, he may show some barrier reactivity while in his crate, but outside of it, he does well with other dogs when given time to adjust. Overall, Puzzle would thrive with a patient family who understands the importance of building trust. With consistency and lots of love, he has the potential to be an amazing companion. A secure fenced yard is a must for him. Could you be the key to Puzzle's forever home? Click apply to start the adoption process.
