About Chester

Chester is a gentle soul who’s gradually learning that the world and the people within it can be friendly. Known as a "cat's cat," he thrives around other felines and would do best in a calm home with at least one other friendly cat for companionship. At first, Chester is quite reserved and requires time to build trust with humans. With a peaceful environment, soft spoken words, and a patient approach, he begins to show more of himself. You’ll eventually witness the beautiful transformation of this shy guy. He loves gentle pets, and belly rubs, and once comfortable, he’ll curl up next to you. Chester needs a slow introduction to new surroundings, as loud sounds and quick movements can unsettle him. A calm and understanding adopter is essential for him to truly blossom. If you're someone who believes in second chances and the joy of helping a shy cat open up, Chester can offer you a fulfilling bond built on trust and quiet moments. What are you waiting for?
