About Olive
Olive isn't just a catâshe stands out in any room. A survivor lifted off the euthanasia list, Olive carries herself with a certain earned confidence. She knows what she likes and doesn't bend on boundaries. Don't expect her to curl up in your lap, but do expect her to keep you company, content nearby on a window perch or snoozing close while you go about your day. Try pushing her for more affection than she's ready for, and she'll make her displeasure known, no hesitation. Patience is key. Olive needed over a month in her current foster home to start letting her guard down. Gradually, she became comfortable enough to seek out company, play, and enjoy the small stuffâso long as itâs on her terms. Sheâs been adopted and returned more than once, not due to fault or bad behavior, but because she needs time and understanding that some werenât willing to give. Sheâs spayed, fully vaccinated, and house trained. She wonât do well with other cats or dogsâOlive prefers her space without them. What she really needs is someone experienced with cats, who will give her the freedom to settle in and reveal her personality at her own pace. If you value earning trust and savor the slow-building rewards of an honest bond, Olive is ready to meet you. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
