Lulu is a sweet 6-year-old Shih Tzu mix who deserves to feel cherished after enduring heartbreaking neglect. She arrived with her fur tightly matted to her skin, with her little paws hidden beneath layers of fur and her nails overgrown. We're giving her the grooming and care she needs for a fresh start, and we’re looking for a loving adopter to carry that care forward.
