About Izzy

Meet Izzy, a delightful 7-month-old, 9-pound brindle mixed breed. She’s a charming little girl, part Long-Haired Chihuahua and part Spaniel or Terrier, with a vibrant personality packed into her small frame. Izzy is sweet and spunky, brimming with puppy energy and curiosity. While she may initially be a tad shy with strangers, a few treats and some gentle encouragement can draw out her affectionate and playful side. This little bundle of joy loves to explore and play, keeping her foster family entertained with her playful antics. After some fun, she relishes in cuddling up with her favorite humans. Ideal for an active and loving family, Izzy requires a compatible canine sibling to thrive. She loves to play with other dogs and benefits from their company to build confidence and learn dog manners. A secure yard is essential for her to explore and expend energy safely. Her future family should be committed to training, socialization, and providing companionship, as she isn’t suited to long hours alone. Izzy is learning to use a dog door for potty training and is currently not crate trained, preferring the comfort of her humans. An experienced family is needed to help her with leash training and independence. If you're looking for a playful companion who brings laughter and love, Izzy might be the perfect fit for you!
