Say hello to Shine! This five-month-old Lab pit mix is a bright spirit who truly lives up to her name. Rescued from East Valley shelter, she was at risk of euthanasia due to needing surgery that couldn't be performed there. Shine is currently recovering from a tibial crest avulsion repair on her back leg and is handling it like a champ. Her patience through recovery has made the healing process smoother for her and her foster family. Despite being mid-recovery, Shine's delightful personality shines through. She's sweet, affectionate, and loves everyone she meets. She does well with kids and gets along with other dogs, which makes her a great addition to any family. Although she hasn’t been tested with cats, her easygoing nature suggests she'd likely do well with a dog-friendly cat. After overcoming so much in her short life, Shine is ready for her next adventure. She deserves a loving home where she can grow and be cherished.
