Winnie
AvailableWinnie is a sweet, medium-sized, spayed female dog. She is an adult and is both house trained and up to date on vaccinations. Winnie has special needs due to her cerebellar hypoplasia, but she doesn’t let that stop her from enjoying life. Located in Pittsboro, NC, she brings joy and warmth to any home.
About Winnie
Winnie has no idea she's special — but she truly is. This joyful, playful dog has a unique way of walking due to a condition known as cerebellar hypoplasia, which affects her balance, but that doesn’t dampen her spirit. She remains the happiest dog her foster family has ever met. Winnie enjoys life to the fullest. She loves to play, explore, and interact with her favorite people. All she needs is a family willing to love her just as she is — wobbles and all. To flourish, Winnie would do well in a home with another gentle dog, preferably her size or larger, to keep her company and play. She adores canine friends. Since she requires a secure environment, a fenced-in yard attached to the home is necessary. Any children in her future home should be at least 8 years old. Winnie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and house trained. If you’re looking to add pure happiness and endless love to your life, Winnie might just be the ideal companion for you.
