About Maggie
Meet Maggie, an energetic and playful one-year-old spaniel/golden retriever mix who’s ready to find her forever home. This delightful girl thrives on daily walks, enjoys playing with other dogs, and has a passion for fetching balls—though sometimes she prefers to keep them for herself! Maggie is currently learning her obedience and leash skills, so she would benefit from a family that can provide her with structure and guidance. A fenced yard is essential for her to maintain her good potty habits and to enjoy running around with her canine friends. A home with another equally playful dog would be ideal, as she really looks up to canine role models. She's great with children but would do best in a home where kids are 8 and older. Maggie is also good with cat-friendly kitties who can set some boundaries as she learns appropriate behavior. Having been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, Maggie is both housetrained and crate trained. She's eager to find her place in a loving family. Ready to meet her? Come out to the upcoming events in Pittsboro to say hello!
