About Joey
Meet Joey! This spirited one-year-old, eight-pound Chi-pom mix is ready to capture hearts. Rescued from life as a stray, Joey is finding his confidence and learning new things every day. He's getting accustomed to life indoors and has mastered crate settling, leash walks, and independent play with his toys. Joey loves exploring the outdoors—chasing dragonflies, sprinting in the yard, and chewing on his favorite collagen sticks and yak cheese treats. Although he's adapted to toilet training, he still has some nervous habits that his new family will need to address with patience. He can be a bit excitable, leading to occasional accidents, but he's getting used to his belly band! Joey thrives in a secure, physically-fenced yard and isn’t suited for homes with younger children. His playful, puppy-like nature means he will benefit from obedience training. Consider him for an agility course, as his jumping skills are impressive! Ready to meet Joey? Apply today!
