About Emmy

Emmy is a sweet and playful 8-month-old female Great Pyrenees mix, possibly with Labrador or Shepherd. Rescued from the streets, she arrived at SPIN with her sister. Initially underweight at 44 lbs, she's thriving in her foster home and now weighs 55 lbs, with potential to reach a healthy 70 lbs. Emmy's friendly demeanor makes her a delight. She adores people and would happily curl up in your lap. While she hasn't interacted with kids yet, her gentle temperament suggests she would do well with them. She enjoys the company of other dogs, especially the male dog in her foster home, and we expect her to get along with cats too. Intelligent and eager to please, Emmy knows several commands and responds well when corrected. She's fully potty trained, signals when she needs to go, and is comfortable in her crate. A good leash walker, she's calm during car rides. Emmy is spayed and has an adoption fee of $300. Current location is Garland, TX, and out-of-state adopters are welcome!
