About Lillie

Meet Lillie! You might know her as Lillie Bird, Bird Dog, or Lillian. This playful pup, a Great Pyrenees and Blue Heeler mix, bursts with energy and personality. Like any typical puppy, sheโ€™s curious and busy, often with a bit of selective hearing thrown in. Lillie enjoys chewing on nearly anything she can find, especially her mom's belongings, so having plenty of toys around is a must. Outside, she loves to chew on her favorite Benebones and play with other dogs. While she plays well with fellow canines and gets along with cats, she could thrive solo or with a furry companion. Lillie does have a low prey drive, except when it comes to pesky grasshoppers! Visitors may find her a bit wary; she might bark protectively when new people visit her home. It's essential for her future family to be patient, helping her build confidence with those unfamiliar faces. While Lillie is kennel trained, sheโ€™s still learning to be house trained. An experienced, understanding family will be crucial to guide her through training and structure as she grows. A secure 6-foot fence would keep this energetic jumper safe, and she won't be happy in an apartment setting due to her tendency to bark at visitors. With the right environment and lots of love, Lillie is bound to grow into a wonderful companion. Could she be the perfect addition to your family? The suggested adoption fee for Lillie is $465. Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc. operates on a 100% volunteer basis, and your adoption donation helps provide veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have received age-appropriate vaccines. Adoptions must be completed in person in Omaha, NE; we do not ship or deliver. Letโ€™s make it official, apply to adopt!
