About Chappy
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Chappy B is a big, fluffy Saint Bernard/Husky mix who overcame incredible challenges after being found with a serious front limb injury on the streets of Texas. He’s been through a remarkable journey, trying both braces and prosthetics with the help of passionate animal care teams and even enjoyed adventures that included flying across the country! Although medical efforts didn’t change his unique gait, Chappy has found happiness living life on his own terms, surrounded by the loving care of rescue staff. Chappy is leash trained and absolutely adores spending time with people of all shapes and sizes. Although he can’t go on long walks, he delights in spending time in big yards—always happy just to hang out with his human companions. Chappy prefers to be the only dog in the household, as other dogs make him nervous, and he needs a dog-free home to truly relax. He does not get along with cats. Despite all the medical appointments and adventures, Chappy’s spirit remains joyful and loving. Anyone lucky enough to welcome Chappy home will quickly fall for his wonderful personality and enormous heart. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
