About Shade

Meet Shade! This beautiful woman is a 6-year-old mixed breed, a combination of Great Pyrenees and Australian Shepherd. She arrived with her brothers from a rural county shelter, where they were rescued from a hoarding situation. Shade came in feeling terrified and shut down, but her foster family has been helping her bloom. According to her foster, "This sweet girl is so scared, but we can tell she wants to be loved so bad. She seems to be housetrained and gets along well with our other dog. She does not like the crate, but seems to do okay out of it. She's slowly coming out of her shell and she definitely has so much potential!" With your love and patience, Shade could truly flourish. She is already spayed and up to date on vaccinations. We’re committed to helping Shade find the best home possible. Could that home be yours? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
