Remy is a 4 year and 4 month old spayed female Bulldog mix. She has a medium build and short hair in a beautiful yellow and white coat. Remy is house trained and her vaccinations are up to date. This sensitive girl is currently in New York, NY, and is looking for a special home that can meet her needs.

About Remy

Meet Remy, a resilient girl who arrived at the Brooklyn, NY shelter as a stray. When she first came in, she was almost completely hairless, with raw skin and sore knees. Fortunately, after undergoing knee surgery and receiving a special diet to manage her allergies, Remy has transformed into a happier dog. Now, sheโ€™s looking for a special home where she can truly thrive. Remy has flourished in quieter surroundings, like the suburbs or countryside, and prefers slow introductions to new faces. With time, she warms up and often finds her way to your lap for cuddles. That said, Remy would do best in an adult-only home as the sole pet. While sheโ€™s currently fostered with other dogs, she tends to do better without them. This is quite the unique situation, and we know it might not suit everyone. But Remy deserves a loving lap and a cozy couch to call home. If you have the heart for a sensitive soul who offers a lot of love in return, reach out to readyforescue@gmail.com to learn more. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
