About Nala

Nala is a 57-pound Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love. This affectionate girl loves engaging with new people and will make herself right at home in your lap. She adores pets, especially a good butt scratch, and is eager to reciprocate with all the love she has to offer. Curious by nature, Nala enjoys exploring her surroundings, sniffing everything in sight, but always returns to check on you. Although she has an independent streak, she can get a bit bored and will remind you with a soft whine when she’s looking for some attention. Nala is searching for a forever family who can offer her a mix of adventure and relaxation — whether it’s long walks, hikes, or cozy afternoons together at home. She would thrive as the only dog in a household with older teens, where she can be the center of attention. Once she’s done exploring, she’s content to lay beside you, enjoying quality time. Nala dreams of being a cherished comfort companion for someone who wants a loyal friend through the ups and downs of life. Her adoption fee is $90, which covers her care at the humane society.
