About Hope
Hope is eager to find a family that will truly appreciate her companionship. Currently in Tishomingo, OK, she's ready to travel, and our rescue ensures a smooth transition with direct-to-adopter transport to selected cities. At about 1-2 years old, Hope is a gentle, sweet girl with a calm demeanor, possibly a Corgi and Australian Cattle Dog mix. Weighing around 25-30 lbs, she’s working on gaining some healthy weight to become the best version of herself. Hope thrives in the company of kids and other dogs and has been tested with children as young as a year old—she's gentle and patient. While she's quiet and well-mannered, her playful side shines through during walks when she occasionally rolls onto her back with delight! Being a clever explorer, she’s learned to climb fences and will need a secure yard to keep her safe. Testing with cats hasn't yet occurred but can be done upon request. Most importantly, Hope is heartworm positive, so potential adopters must be ready for the commitment of her treatment. This journey requires financial readiness and dedication to her recovery. If you think you can provide a loving environment for Hope while guiding her through this challenge, she’s waiting to show you just how wonderful life can be together. What are you waiting for?
