This pretty lady is Poppy! Poppy is a 5-year-old female Shepherd/Corgi mix, weighing around 35 lbs, who was rescued from the streets of Oklahoma City. She craves human attention and is all about her person—a truly loyal companion who seems deeply grateful to be safe indoors after her time fending for herself outside. Poppy gets along well with other dogs but would also thrive as an only dog, provided she's included in daily activities and given plenty of attention. She's already house-trained and has done well in foster care. Poppy isn’t fond of crates but doesn’t cause trouble when left outside of one, and she handles a leash like a pro.
