About Alvin

Alvin is a resilient soul who has faced challenges most dogs will never know. He spent significant time in a kennel at a hoarding house, which meant limited exposure to the outside world and little comfort. Despite these hardships, Alvin remains bonded with his companion Monica and has begun to embrace a new way of life since arriving at the rescue. He enjoys his walks and is learning that kindness exists in humans. However, new experiences can still be overwhelming for him, and he thrives on routine. What Alvin truly needs is a patient adopter who can provide a calm environment where he can continue to blossom at his own pace. Small victories like a relaxed nap or a confident walk will be monumental for him. Alvin has already made remarkable progress and deserves a loving home where he can feel secure and cared for. His story deserves to continue, and he is ready to discover what home should feel like. All of our dogs, including Alvin, come fully vetted and ready for their new life. What are you waiting for?
