About Richard
Meet Richard! This handsome boy is a 1-year-old Husky weighing 32 pounds, sporting a striking black-and-white coat and those charming brown eyes. His perfectly marked face pairs beautifully with his impressive ears, which look like they could pick up satellite signals from another galaxy. We're not quite sure what he's listening for, but it probably involves treats! At just 1 year old, Richard is still a young dog with plenty of adventures ahead of him. He’s expected to be a medium-sized companion, perfect for outdoor fun without taking over the entire couch—although he will likely claim his space there anyway! Huskies are known for their intelligence, agility, and delightful personalities, and Richard is no exception. He’s at an ideal age to learn and build a special bond with a family that can provide him with exercise and affection. At 32 pounds, he’s great for backyard fun, walks, and enjoying life with his humans. Given those ears, he’ll probably know you’re opening a snack bag before you even reach the kitchen! His $495 adoption fee covers neutering, vaccinations, deworming, parasite prevention, microchipping, and veterinary records. Richard is currently in Kiln, MS, but we arrange transport about once a month to designated pickup locations in the Northeast and Midwest. No upfront application or payment is needed; just review the adoption agreement to ensure you’re comfortable with the process. Ready to add this charming boy to your family? Click apply now!
