About One Eyed Willy
Meet One Eyed Willy! This vibrant young pup hails from Southern Mississippi and has a personality that shines brighter than any treasure. He came into the shelter with a detached left eye, likely due to an accident, but that hasn’t dampened his adventurous spirit or playful nature. At just around 11 months, Willy is full of life and loves to explore. His excitement shows when he sees the leash, ready for walks where he struts around like the 45-pound boss he is. He enjoys finding all sorts of treasures, from toys to socks, and even gets involved in gardening! His goofy behavior brings laughter into the home, and while he might trip over his own paws sometimes, his charm makes up for it. Willy is not just fun but also smart. He’s crate and house trained, eager to learn, and always ready for a challenge—especially if treats are involved. This lovable guy is good with dogs and children but does not get along with cats. He has a unique bond with other underdogs and is looking for a home where he can share his endless joy. Currently, he’s being fostered in Baltimore, MD, and is ready to find his forever home.
