About Polar

Polar is a charming young pup who will melt your heart. Though he's a bit shy and timid in the shelter, just imagine how he’ll flourish in a loving home! This sweet boy came to the rescue with his siblings after being brought to a shelter in Alabama. While we can't say for sure what their past was like, we do know that the entire litter is gentle, sweet, playful, and well-behaved. At about 7 months old, Polar is believed to be a Labrador mix, eager for a family who can provide daily playtime, exercise, and basic puppy training. He'll thrive in an environment that allows him to relax and learn to love home life. Currently in Alabama, Polar will be arriving in Maine in early November, just in time for a cozy Thanksgiving with his new family! This is a wonderful opportunity for adopters who can dedicate the time and energy needed for an older puppy. Polar gets along well with both dogs and children, making him a great addition to many families. Don't wait too long; homes like yours are just what he needs.
