About Crash Arriving D
Crash got his name after he playfully joined a shelter event, eager to interact with the other dogs. This adventurous boy thrives on socializing and seems to navigate life effortlessly, remaining calm even when other dogs bark at him. He's clearly here for some fun! In his foster home, Crash quickly discovered the toy box and has his favorites all picked out. Energetic and affectionate, he is always ready for playtime. He responds well to verbal cues and hand gestures, showing promise as a fast learner. Currently, he’s crate trained and leash trained, demonstrating the potential to be a fantastic companion with some consistent training. Although he’s enthusiastic and lovable, additional guidance will help him remember his manners, especially when greeting people. While Crash seems to enjoy the company of kids, his playful energy means caution is needed with little ones to prevent any accidental knocks. He hasn't yet met cats, but with the right introductions, he could do well with them. If laughter, playtime, and tail wags sounds like a great addition to your home, Crash is ready to join your family. He has the charm, intelligence, and enthusiasm; all he needs is someone to call his own. Crash is currently in Princeton, MN, and is available exclusively through the Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program until his arrival on 10/24/2026. Interested adopters will need to pick him up from the Ruff Start Rescue office between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Please note this schedule, as the rescue cannot accommodate pickups outside these hours. Additionally, Crash is undergoing treatment for heartworm disease. Activity must be limited for several weeks, but the full cost of treatment will be covered by Ruff Start Rescue, and they will supply heartworm preventatives until a retest is due.
