About Lexi

Meet Lexi! Lexi is a young Cattle Dog around 1-2 years old, who has a soft heart that needs a little time to shine. She can be timid initially, but as she learns to trust, her incredibly sweet demeanor starts to come out. In her foster home, Lexi has made wonderful progress, gaining confidence each day and showing a newfound interest in playing with other dogs. She's already potty-trained, which is a big plus. Lexi needs an understanding, experienced adopter who can provide the time, space, and gentle encouragement required for her to feel secure. An adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy children familiar with Cattle Dogs would be ideal. It's important to note that car rides may induce anxiety for Lexi, so a patient person ready to help her work through that will make all the difference. While Lexi may take time to warm up, the bond she forms with the right person will be truly rewarding. Could you be the safe place Lexi has been waiting for? Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
