About Rubble

Meet Rubble! This charming Shiba Inu may initially seem a bit distant, but once he warms up to you, he turns into a devoted lovebug. Rubble delights in being around people, leaning into your scratches and petting. He's quite easygoing, even letting you groom him when you pick up a few loose tufts of fur—he knows you're just trying to keep him looking his best. Rubble's journey has been a bit challenging, and he might need some guidance with basic house manners. He thrives in a special adoption program designed to support both him and his new family with helpful pre and post-adoption advice. Rubble would do best in an adult-only home, ideally with someone experienced in caring for Shibas or similar breeds. For now, he prefers to be the only dog in the household as he settles in. If Rubble sounds like the right pet for you, please fill out an adopter's profile at parl.org, and reach out to Claire at cshamgochian@parl.org to arrange a meet-and-greet.
