About Speck
Meet Speck! This 2-year-old, 13 lbs Tibetan Spaniel Mix is a sweet, shy boy seeking a patient and loving home. His past experiences left him a bit under-socialized, making the world feel overwhelming at times. When unsure, he tends to freeze in place until he gathers the courage to explore. Speck needs a family who understands that building trust takes time and is willing to let him blossom at his own pace. Beneath that shy exterior lies a cuddler who craves affection. He enjoys snuggling on the couch and would be happiest curled up close to his person, even wanting to sleep beside them. Speck is crate trained and house trained but is still working on leash walking. He isn’t particularly drawn to playing with other dogs, so he could thrive as the only dog in a home, soaking up all the love and attention. Neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped, Speck is all set to find his forever home! A secure, escape-proof fenced yard is essential, as he can climb small fences. Speck is looking for a gentle adopter who will help him gain confidence and learn that he is safe and loved. His adoption fee is $350. Ready to make a difference?
