Meet Valerie, a charming Chocolate Terrier Mix who was born on May 1. At just 11 weeks old and weighing about 7 lbs, she’s still finding her way in the world. Valerie is a sweet, shy puppy learning that cuddles can be wonderful. While she enjoys exploring and playing with her puppy friends, she's still getting accustomed to being held. Being a young pup, Valerie is in the midst of crate and house training. She’s made some progress and has already received 2 of her 3 puppy vaccinations, showing she’s on track for a healthy start. Her ideal family is one that understands fostering a puppy requires time, patience, and consistency. Continued training and socialization will help her blossom into a confident adult dog. Valerie's forever home should be ready for all that raising a puppy entails: playtime, toys, routine, and plenty of love.
