About MIlo H

Milo H is a bright little character waiting for his forever home. Currently in the Recovery Room, he’s learning to navigate life with a keen intelligence and a desire to please. This small Cocker Spaniel and Miniature Schnauzer mix focuses intently on his human, needing guidance but ready to respond. Milo does not do well with other dogs, having exhibited some reactive behavior in the past, so a home without canine companions is essential for his comfort. He has some separation anxiety and prefers to be around his person, especially when in a crate. However, if left alone without other dogs, he can take his chances roaming freely. Milo needs a patient and experienced owner who can help him adjust to new people and environments slowly, preferably in a home with a securely fenced yard. He’s had challenges with food guarding, so it’s best he eats separately from others. Though he barks initially, he settles down with time and love, making him a promising addition to the right family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
