About Ivory
Ivory is a sweet and gentle girl who has had a rough start in life. At about 3-5 years old and weighing around 80 lbs, she was sadly left behind by her previous owners. Initially emaciated and shut down, she has been patiently recovering in foster care, slowly regaining her health and spirit. Although still a bit timid, it takes just a few kind words and gentle pets for her to open up and share her affection. Once she feels comfortable, she loves to nuzzle against you, often laying her large head in your lap and nudging for more attention. Ivory thrives in a loving environment and gets along beautifully with children, other dogs, and even cats. Her ideal home would be one filled with kindness and patience, where she can continue to feel secure and adored. Currently in Brooklyn, NY, she is available for both local and out-of-state adoption, provided an adopter can travel to meet her. Ready to make a difference in Ivory’s life?
