About Tashi

Tashi is a cheerful young dog who found himself matted and scared in Detroit. After being left unclaimed, he's now safe and comfortable with a loving foster family. At roughly 1.5 years old, he’s quickly learning the ropes with training, though he needs a bit of guidance to curb his jumping and pulling on the leash. An experienced pet parent would be the ideal match for him. He is very affectionate and develops strong bonds with his humans, while also displaying great protective instincts around the house. Tashi comes with his favorite chew antler, as chewing is one of his favorite pastimes. He's crate trained, enjoys walks, and often joins his foster family on coffee shop outings. While he hasn’t been around cats, he could benefit from a gradual introduction if there’s another dog in the home, but he can also be content as the only pet. Identified as a Lhasa mix, Tashi will be getting groomed soon. He currently weighs 21 pounds, is neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. His adoption fee is covered. What are you waiting for?
