About SPECIAL NEEDS Cricket
SPECIAL NEEDS Cricket is a courageous and loving Toy Fox Terrier who was rescued from a dire situation. At about a year old, she brings joy despite her challenges, which stem from suspected cerebellum hyperplasia. This neurological condition makes her unsteady on her feet and affects her depth perception a bit, but she navigates her environment well enough. Cricket is looking for a patient forever home where adults can provide her with the time she needs to adjust. She loves to play and cuddle but can feel apprehensive in new situations. A carpeted space is ideal, as hard floors can be tricky for her. While she's fantastic with other friendly dogs, she also thrives as a solo resident. A secure, fenced yard is essential since she doesnβt walk well on a leash and isn't suited for stairs. This little sweetheart demands a family that can offer her the necessary care and attention. Sheβs spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to embark on her next adventure with the right person. With time and love, Cricket will bring laughter and warmth into your life.
