About Merle

Meet Merle! This well-behaved, happy-go-lucky little guy is excited to find a new home where he can continue learning all the fun puppy things life has to offer. Although we can't pinpoint his exact breed, we believe he likely has some Catahoula in his lineage, which gives him those striking spots. Merle is sweet, friendly, playful, and affectionate. He has a fondness for toys and adores his blankie, wanting to take it wherever he goes to ensure he has a soft spot for napping. At about 30 pounds and still a baby, he’s going to grow into a big pupper. Merle enjoys playing ball and seems to get along well with other dogs. He would likely do well with kids, making him a great family companion. He will need continued obedience training, including kennel training and house training. Merle is up to date on vaccinations and is microchipped. He’ll be adopted on a neuter contract, meaning the adoptive family will need to arrange for that surgery.
