About Cricket and Daphne

Meet Cricket and Daphne! This bonded pair of six-month-old Domestic Short Hair kittens are currently located in Amherst, MA. Cricket, the handsome gray and tan tabby boy, is all about belly rubs. Once he warms up, he eagerly jumps onto laps, displaying his adorable tummy for affection. For him, nothing beats a gentle scratch while he enjoys his favorite pink toy mouse. If Cricket feels a little overlooked, he will let out a cute, dissatisfied grunt to get your attention! Daphne, the lovely gray tabby and white girl, has her own unique way of asking for closeness. She emits tiny, high-pitched peeps when she desires company or attention. An enthusiastic burrower, she adores snuggling under blankets and shirts. Whether it's playing with jingly balls or enjoying cozy lap time, Daphne is all about warmth and companionship. Both kittens are initially sensitive and shy, but once they get comfortable, their playful personalities shine. They love to play together and interact with other cats, showing their playful sides. While they don’t particularly enjoy being picked up, a family that respects their boundaries will help them thrive and gain confidence. A very significant aspect of their relationship is the bond they share, as their friendship provides essential security. It's crucial they are adopted together to ensure they continue supporting each other on their journey. They get along well with other cats and are suitable for calm, respectful older children. Although they prefer to steer clear of dogs, they thrive in a peaceful, indoor-only environment filled with affection, playtime, and the space to adjust. Cricket has already been neutered, while Daphne’s spay is upcoming. Both are current with vaccinations and are in good health. Are you ready to welcome these two delightful companions into your home?
