About Momma Bear and Baby
Meet Momma Bear and Baby Bear! Momma Bear is a four-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Short Hair residing in Amherst, MA. With her soft calico coat, she brings a calming presence complemented by her companion Baby Bear, a lively one-year-old tortoiseshell bursting with playful energy. Momma Bear is a gentle nine-pound girl, observant and thoughtful. While she might startle at sudden changes or unfamiliar faces, her affectionate nature emerges when she feels safe—evident through her sweet face rubs and her joyful trot to greet her favorite humans. Although picking her up isn’t her favorite, she loves head scratches and offers quiet companionship. She enjoys playful moments, especially with a feather wand or while transforming a cardboard box into her personal playground. Relaxing in the catio to watch birds is one of her treasured rituals. Next to her, Baby Bear is a petite six-pound kitten discovering her confident spirit. She leaps and climbs effortlessly, even pulling off midair flips for her beloved wand toy! Baby Bear is the first to invite play, always ready to greet visitors. While she may be a bit shy with too much handling, gentle interaction helps her grow more confident each day. Both girls are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and thriving in a calm home with daily interactive play and companionship. They are deeply bonded and prefer to find a loving home together, ideally with their companion Poppa Bear, to keep their family intact. Could your home be part of their next chapter?
