About Ed

Meet Ed, a sweet Lab/Shepherd mix puppy who is looking for a foster or forever home! At just 10 weeks old, Ed weighs around 12.6 lbs and is full of energy and curiosity about the world around him. Ed is still in his prime socialization phase, ready to thrive with proper training alongside other dogs, cats, and children. He enjoys playtime and is eager to learn new things, so dog school will be a great adventure for him. Currently at a South Carolina shelter, he needs a home in the DC area where he can explore and receive all the love and loyalty he promises in return. Adopters should be prepared for multiple potty breaks and exercise throughout the day, as puppies under six months require a little extra care to meet their energetic needs. Although Ed is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, he hasnโ€™t been neutered yet, so adopters are responsible for making arrangements by January 24, 2027. The adoption fee is $485, which includes his vetting and transport costs. Don't miss the chance to give Ed a loving homeโ€”he's ready to become a part of your family!
